GoPros are everywhere. Even if you’re not a “travel enthusiast,” chances are, if you’re on Facebook or Instagram, you’ve already seen a few dozen pictures and/or videos taken with them. That weird fish-eye effect is hard to miss. Oh, and the user will almost always tell you. (#gopro #wanderlust #journeyofselfdiscovery #etc. #etc.).
These miniature adventure cams allow ordinary people to capture professional-looking shots in almost any type of setting – be it adventure, sports, travel or all three.
The internet is flooded with stunning GoPro images from around the world, and Sri Lanka is no exception. There are tons of photos and videos taken in and around the island that most of us will probably never see (especially those taken by visiting tourists). But with photo-sharing platforms like Instagram, it is possible to browse at least some of these beautiful images. Finding them all is a bit of a time consuming job, so we at Roar decided to do it for you.
