Olympics 2020: Sri Lanka At The Paralympics

The Paralympics are currently underway in Tokyo, and Sri Lanka’s nine-member team has already made history. 

Team captain Dinesh Herath set a new world record in his event, the men’s F46 javelin throw, and won Sri Lanka’s first Paralympic gold medal. Meanwhile, Samitha Dulan won a bronze medal in the men’s F44 javelin event.

With several events left before the Games end on 5 September, here is the Sri Lankan Paralympics Team for Tokyo 2020.
