On July 10, the Sri Lankan Government and ING Bank NV of the Netherlands signed a loan agreement of EUR 45 million to reinforce Health Delivery Services in the Northern Province. Sri Lanka’s Northern Province is plagued by diseases, injury and limited care for disabilities.
